Rapid Repair or Replacement Guarantee: In the unlikely event of a technical issue, we aim to repair or dispatch a replacement within 48 hours of receipt at our London facility.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished device. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receipt, you can return it for a full refund.

- Receive a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 24 return postage label.
- Ensure iCloud / Google accounts are signed out and factory reset.
- Drop off at any local UK Post Office branch free of charge.
